Day 1: Greetings Phuket
We embarked on our journey from Bangalore (Air Asia), arrived at Don Muang, Bangkok (via a connecting flight), and eventually reached Phuket. Upon our arrival, we were promptly transported to the Patong beach vicinity, where our hotel was reserved.
After checking-in, we took a brief respite before venturing out on our own to explore the surroundings and savor tantalizing culinary marvels. We meandered through the streets, treating ourselves to an array of delectable seafood and desserts, including regional delicacies like banana flapjacks, sticky rice paired with mango pudding, and an assortment of fish.
Needless to say, it was a blissful experience!

Today, as part of our itinerary, we were scheduled to explore the Phi Phi islands. After a scrumptious breakfast in the morning, we were picked up for the excursion.
This was an incredible excursion where out of the seven incredibly stunning islands in the tour, we visited four. The waters were transparent, the views, marvelous, and the entire experience, outstanding! During the tour, we also made a stop at a location where we could snorkel and swim, which was once again extraordinary.

Later, we returned to the mainland and visited Patong beach and a widely known market called the Bangla road which had numerous fascinating places and items to purchase.
Day 3: Off to Krabi
Today in the morning after breakfast, we checked out of our hotel and proceeded to Krabi. Since my spouse and I desired a road journey to the destination, we had chosen a taxi as our mode of transportation.
Upon our arrival, we were once again welcomed with mesmerizing beauty and views straight out of paradise. After our check-in at the hotel, we once again, relaxed for a while and then set out on our own to explore and of course, dine!
Just like Phuket, we went to the main street in Krabi and indulged in local cuisine. The local establishments that we saw there were also pleasant and later on, we even visited a shopping center. As anticipated, there were plenty of places to relax here and we had a fantastic time shopping and dining.
One aspect that I would like to mention is that during all of our local sightseeing, our primary mode of transportation was the tuk-tuk ride (a modified autorickshaw) and we had a great time traveling in it.
Day 4: Four Island tour in Krabi
One difference between the island tour in Phuket with this one was that here we made stops at the islands for half an hour, explored its beaches, and therefore, could enjoy much more. Among the four islands that we visited, one of the most impressive ones was the Chicken Island whose appearance resembled the head of a chicken and was extremely beautiful.
Another one from the identical tour was the Ko Poda Island where we could clearly observe 4 distinct tones of water. To be sincere, it was genuinely surreal!

Afterwards, back at the hotel, following a brief period of rest, we once again ventured out to discover the streets of Krabi and this time even sampled the renowned coconut ice cream (it was delightful!).
