- Day 1: A picturesque drive to Pattaya
We boarded our flight from New Delhi and arrived in Bangkok early in the morning. Upon our arrival, the chauffeur was waiting to greet us and transport us to Pattaya. We reached Pattaya at noon and checked into Grand Bella Hotel. I was impressed by the infrastructure of the roads in Thailand as a distance of 150 km was covered in just 90 minutes.
Pattaya welcomed us with warm sunlight and a gentle breeze. After a comfortable afternoon nap, we enjoyed a late lunch and then ventured out to explore the local market in the evening. Later, we returned to the hotel and called it a night.

The following sunrise, we arose and had a satisfying breakfast. At 10 am, we ventured towards the Jomtien Beach to board our speedboat to Coral Island. My kids found the speedboat ride exhilarating and daring. As the boat docked at the pier on Coral Island, we caught our initial glimpse of immaculate white beaches.
The most stunning beach I had ever witnessed stood directly in front of my eyes. The island is a remarkable fusion of the hues blue, white, and green in their most opulent form, symbolizing the water, the beach, and the hills respectively. We experienced the day on the island with an inclusive lunch in our package. At 5 pm, we returned from Coral Island and went back to the hotel for the evening.
- Day 3: The verdant origins of Nong Nuch
The subsequent day after breakfast, we prepared ourselves for our day trip to Nong Nuch village near Pattaya. A remarkable endeavor by the Thai people to conserve and flourish their flora and fauna. We arrived at Nong Nuch at 11 am and commenced exploring the Botanical Garden.
After marveling at the assortment of palm trees, we proceeded to catch a glimpse of splendid animals in the zoo. Our day at Nong Nuch concluded with a cultural performance at 3 pm. Later, we reached the hotel at 7 pm and rested for the night.

After eating in the morning, we checked out of the hotel and proceeded back to Bangkok. We arrived in Bangkok at noon and checked into the Kingston Suite. Being the city of temples, we took a tour to the renowned temples of Buddha.
We explored the exquisitely built and divine temples like Wat Pho, Wat Phra, and Wat Arun that delve into the Buddhist culture in Thailand. We concluded our day by returning to the hotel in the evening at 6 pm.
- Day 5 & 6: An exhilarating safari and a enchanting dinner!
The day began on this family journey to Thailand, with a visit to Safari World. We left the hotel at 10 am and arrived at Safari World. It was a memorable moment for my family to enjoy a ride out into mother nature and witnessing diverse animal species.
The final day in Bangkok began with a scrumptious breakfast followed by a visit to the Siam Ocean World. An incredible collection/aquarium of deep sea underwater creatures that constitute our seas, made the location one of the main places to visit in Thailand. In the afternoon, we witnessed brilliant expertise at a 3D art museum in Bangkok. My kids had a lot of fun over there as they enjoyed getting their pictures taken.
We returned to the hotel at 4 pm in the afternoon and got ready to conclude the family journey to Thailand with a magnificent Chao Phraya river boat cruise for dinner. The dinner cruise was incredible, captivating, and satisfying. It gave us a stunning view of the shimmering lights of Bangkok from some of the finest vantage points in town. We disembarked the cruise at 10 pm at night and returned to the hotel for the night.
