The tropical beaches and the vibrant party scene of Thailand were a few things that attracted me to that place. Luckily, my friend and I shared the same enthusiasm for traveling and partying in Thailand. Therefore, we wasted no time in figuring out the logistics of our adventurous (hopefully) journey!

Oh boy, I could hardly contain my excitement when I had all the plans for our trip ready and printed in my hands. There were still a few weeks to go, but the where what, and how had already been envisioned!
Day 1: Glamour and Spectacle at Alcazar!
Our friends trip to Thailand began with a late evening flight from New Delhi that arrived in Bangkok at 5 am. After completing the customs and visa procedures, we met our assigned taxi driver who took us directly to Pattaya. We arrived at the Ibis Pattaya Hotel at 10 am. There, we had to wait for a few hours until check-in time at noon. Once we settled into our rooms, we freshened up and eagerly headed out onto the streets of Pattaya.
Post lunch, we went straight to the Alcazar Cabaret Show which was included in our package. The Alcazar show ended at 5 pm and after that, we proceeded towards Jomtien Beach in Pattaya. Since we didn’t have any more sightseeing left for the first day, we requested our cab drivers to drop us at an intersection from where the beach was within walking distance. What followed after that was an enjoyable night of tasty street food, hopping from one bar to another, and partying in some of the wildest clubs in Pattaya.

Day 2: Watersports and bar hopping part 2!
On the following morning of our friends’ trip to Thailand, we were picked up from the hotel at 8 am for a day tour of Coral Island. During our journey to the Coral Island, we made several stops for activities such as parasailing, walking underwater, and jet skiing.
After the exhilarating water sports, we arrived at the stunning Coral Island by speedboat (like a boss). The first thing that caught my attention was the striking contrast of colors between the vibrant blue waters, pristine white sandy beaches, and lush green tropical trees. The place was ideal for an afternoon of relaxation and rejuvenation.
Unforgettable Moments From Our Family Trip To Thailand
We returned to Pattaya around 3 pm and went for a late lunch to an Indian eatery. We were longing for some Indian cuisine since we hadn’t had any for nearly 3 days. I was pleased that this Indian restaurant served delicious food because, as a vegetarian like myself, food options outside India are quite restricted.
Later, we arrived back at our hotel and took a brief nap before we resumed our exploration of places in Pattaya. One advantage of our schedule was that all of our activities were planned for the daytime, providing us with the entire evening to ourselves to explore places and enjoy the nightlife at our own pace.
Day 3: Off we went to the city of temples!
On the third morning of our friends trip to Thailand, we checked out from Pattaya for our return journey to Bangkok and, unfortunately, our cab was missing. Our driver arrived very late and as a result, we were stuck in the hotel lobby for a few hours. Those few hours felt like an eternity because the hotel lounge didn’t have any air conditioning. We really needed it, especially after being exhausted from a night of partying.
After overcoming that obstacle, we arrived in Bangkok and began our sightseeing by visiting the Golden Buddha Temple and Marble Temple. Later, we hailed a cab to the Woraburi Sukhumvit Hotel & Resort and checked into our rooms. Fortunately, the hotel was conveniently located and the rooms were comfortable. In the evening, we ventured out once again to explore and experience the shopping and nightlife options in Bangkok.

Day 4: Encounter and greet with Giraffes!
On the second-to-last day of our friend’s journey to Thailand, we commenced the day with a visit to Safari World. An exciting day spent mingling and observing various species of animals such as elephants, ostriches, lions, and giraffes. We indulged in a delectable packed lunch that was included in our schedule, which we enjoyed after witnessing all the afternoon shows at Safari World. At 4 pm, we returned to our hotel. In the evening, we explored some street markets in Bangkok to engage in shopping. The markets in Bangkok were incredibly alluring, as we purchased a wide range of items such as bags, clothing, mementos, and costume jewelry.
Thailand Was An Ideal Romantic Destination For This Couple
Day 5: A revitalizing spa to conclude our remarkable friends journey to Thailand
Once again, there was a slight miscommunication regarding the cab pickup on the last day of our friends’ trip to Thailand. We initially believed that the cab would arrive at noon for our airport transfer, but at 11:30, we discovered that the cab would come at 4 pm. As a result, during our free time, we visited a market in Bangkok for a spa treatment and followed it with lunch. Later, we reached the airport to catch our 7 pm flight back to New Delhi.
Despite the numerous uncertainties surrounding traveling to Thailand, it is indeed a secure destination for female travelers. We enjoyed nightly celebrations and felt at ease walking back to our room even at midnight. Although we would have preferred to visit more places during our sightseeing tour in Bangkok, our itinerary only included two locations.

- The coordination between the representative from Fred and Fuzzys and on-field agents needs significant improvement in order to avoid any miscommunication during transfers.
Suggestion for travelers:
- Bangkok is superior to Pattaya for shopping. Pattaya is renowned for the picturesque charm of its tropical beaches and the vibrant nightlife scene which includes various Irish, Indian, and continental bars, cafes, and pubs.
